The preliminary review is free. A response is provided on the day your scans are received.

The complete study

Collect all MRI/CT folders and files in one folder. Name it using the patient's surname, first name and patronymic in Ukrainian. Compress the folder into a ZIP archive.

An archive or a link

Upload a large ZIP to Google Drive or WeTransfer. Grant access and send the link. A smaller file can be attached to an email or private message.

Full name and a brief description

Include the patient's full name in both the email and the conversation. Describe the symptoms, how far you can walk, when the symptoms began and whether you have had surgery.

Copy one of the addresses below: a single incorrect character may prevent delivery. If you need help, ask the diagnostic centre's administrator to send the archive or a link.

Privacy

This website has no scan upload form. Send the archive or a link to the professor in a private Telegram conversation or to one of the listed email addresses.

Only Professor Iakiv Fishchenko has access to the submitted scans and correspondence. The data is retained for long-term patient care and future consultations.

If you are contacting us on behalf of another person, make sure you have their consent or the appropriate authority.
